"Hello, who's speaking?"
"Hello, Sanjay Joshi is speaking."
"ok, what's the matter?" (I asked with the usual straightforwardness.)
"I have been asked by Prof. Dilip Phadke to come and meet you in the office. When have i come? I have called to ask."
Hearing the context, my voice came to the bottom bar. I said, "Okay, come tomorrow at two o'clock."
The next day, without fail, the gentleman was sitting at my desk. My first meeting with a stranger, Mr. Sanjay Joshi! One that day and one today .....
The last day of the month. I was stunned at something. Suddenly the usual words fell on deaf ears. "Come on, Saiba,I am leaving!" See you sometime again! "Mr. Joshi was simply speaking." My contract with your institution is over. I can't say whether we will meet tomorrow or not. "I stood up. Despite my desire, I couldn't shake hands with him because of Covid. With a tight throat, I said goodbye to him. I met him on the first day, from Mr. Sanjay Sadashiv Joshi to Joshi sir. Becoming Sir, leaving his memories behind, he walked down the steps of the office and went home. All the staff in the office and I came to the verandah and stared sadly at the figure behind him. The last three-and-a-half years have been on my mind. I felt a little bad and angry. Once he decided that he would do the same.
Mr. Sanjay Joshi ... a very simple man. Thinning hair on the head straightened by hand. Plain shirt pants. Always slippers on the feet. Body moderate. In short, they had all the appearance of a normal person. The abnormality in this common man soon came to my attention!
He was appointed as an account consultant by the institution officials. Nature is like a dormant volcano. Don't talk to anyone easily, but don't let anyone talk when you fall! As a child, I had heard the story of lions and rats. Rats were playing on the body of a sleeping lion. And then when the lion woke up .... then the rat had nothing real ...
That's exactly what happened to Joshi. I have often experienced the eloquence of many orators found in the slap of their words! Fluency in english. Pure Marathi. Outspoken. Truth be told, without crowding anyone. Even the most trivial mistake was a terrible crime for them! Very accurate in accounting. There is no apology for their mistake! In such a case, the mediators would not be spared !! Even the office bearers had to hear, "Sir, not because you say so ...". In the eyes of people like me, their nature is very harsh !! Employees who come to the office for work, I have never seen them go away smiling after meeting them! The pile of accounting papers, the weight of a pile of mistakes, the evaluation of one's intellect in front of others, all these, made the poor employee go down the steps of the office in a daze. I had to witness it all. Trying to make the employees understand, I do it sometimes with my eyes and sometimes with my words.
Of course, his role was not wrong. Financial accounting is the backbone of any organization. Institutional officials place responsibilities on us in good faith. We deserve that trust. We should look at the prosperity and benefit of the organization in which we work. He felt that way. He had the experience and the notion that people make mistakes again and again, forgiving the mistakes they make today. Corruption in the accounts, letters and numbers are unforgivable mistakes in the eyes of Joshi Sir! The police look with suspicion as they come forward while investigating the crime. That's how Joshi Sir's eyes were on the diggers.
How come Joshi is so sharp in nature? I always have questions about this. His speech had the accent of Nagpuri Marathi language. It felt. Because his birth and childhood went to Nagpur. Sanjay was born on November 29, 1960 to Mr. Sadashivrao and Mrs. Sushila Joshi. His father's hometown is Nevasa in Ahmednagar district. After a short stint in the city's Ordnance Factory, his father was transferred to the Ordnance Factory in Madras. The family settled in Madras with two children. His primary education took place at the Central School in Madras. He passed his matriculation examination from Madras in 1977. His father's elder brother was employed in the railway department at Nagpur. Sanjay's father sent him to his brother for education. He entered Shivaji College, Nagpur in the 12th branch of Science. Sanjay completed his B.Sc. degree in 1981 and his M.Sc. in Nuclear Chemistry from 1981 to 1983. While studying in Nagpur with his uncle in 1978, he had to live far away from his parents, so his temperament changed. Due to his father's temperament, Sanjay could not say anything. Uncle's children were relatively young. Sanjay's father had given him an old bicycle to come and go from college. Shabby bicycle, he was still using it. There was hardly any pocket money for expenses. Parents could not be contacted as there was no mobile or phone facility like now.
In such a situation, Sanjay preferred to be with friends. Sanjay's uncle retired in 1978. Leaving the quarters he got from the railways, he found a rented house on the other side. There was a big bungalow of a rich Brahmin named Shri. Amin in Tatya Tope Nagar area of Nagpur. Due to his death, his wife Mrs. Kunda Shripad Amin rented part of the bungalow to Sanjay's uncle. The housewife had three children, Shirish, Vinay and Swati. The mistress got the job out of compassion. Then Sanjay and the three children became indebted to each other. Since Sanjay was older than the children, he brought those children to life like his younger brother. The housewife gave her mother's love to Sanjay, who loved and cared for his children like a brother. His emotional connection to that family matched. In college, Sanjay got some life-saving friends. In it, Mr. Atul Narayan Deshpande's Uncle was famous as a producer in Cineworld. He later helped his nephew to set up a paint factory in Thane. Mr. Sunil Puranik, who later worked with Sanjay in Bank of Maharashtra. Rajni Pandey was a classmate to whom Sanjay could open his mind. Even today, Sanjay's friendship with these friends is as strong as ever. Mr. Makrand Deshpande, a well-educated student, now owns a pharmaceutical company in the United States. Sanjay has friends like Nitin Deshmukh and Mr. Uday Panse, Assistant General Manager, State Bank of India. Staying with friends like Sanjay Kulat, Mr. Vijay Shinganapure, Mrs. Shubhangi Deshmukh, Mrs. Smita Tatawar, Sanjay formed an ideological bond. The best rites were performed on them. Living with such friends developed subtle observation and decision making ability. It seems that Sanjay's intellectual connection was formed with the company of such friends. A delicate emotional incident also happened in Sanjay’s life while in college. While Sanjay was doing B.Sc., a young woman in 12th Science fell in love with him. Not only did it fall, but it sank! Will you marry me She asked such a direct question to Sanjay. Sanjay refused her as there was no job. But, when your education is over, then we will think about it later. He advised her. The young lady from a rich family wanted to be a doctor. But in the final examination in the 12th branch of science, she failed in almost all the subjects. She was very upset. In this way, Sanjay boosted her morale by preparing her for all her subjects and studies. Surprisingly, in the next exam, she got 97 percent marks. She started her education in medical college. She later became a doctor. She came to prominence as a radiologist. But her dream of living with Sanjay remained a dream !!
M.Sc. While doing so, Sanjay passed the Banking Services Recruitment Board examination in 1982. Due to his excellence in studies, Sanjay passed this competitive examination in the best category. On the one hand, M.Sc. The certificate of passing was obtained in 1983 and the job order of Bank of Maharashtra was also received. The parents were happy with themselves.
He got a job as a clerk in Bank of Maharashtra, a small village called Aheri in Gadchiroli district, 275 km from Nagpur. On August 8, 1983, his friend from Nagpur, Shri. Ulhas along with Manohar Aurangabadkar went to work. Aheri to this day they have never seen and experienced. He stopped at Mr. Gopal Gangadhar Joshi of Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram there. No matter what, keeping a job was very important to them.
Gradually, Sanjay learned the basics of banking while working. Back then, writing was more important than computers. Careful, accounting, inbound and outbound, day-to-day transactions, credit-debit check transactions, cash transactions, accounting, etc. Slowly, skillfully understood all the transactions. How to count the cash in that bank by a peon named Mr. Sahare. He taught this technique to Sanjay! In that branch of Aheri there was a cashier named Mr. Shantilal Harilal Seta. Extremely loving by nature. His tuning with Sanjay went well. His health deteriorated from time to time. Suddenly, he felt dizzy. The bank manager appointed Sanjay as the cashier. In a short period of time, however, Sanjay became a cashier in the bank due to such an accident. While working in the bank, Shri. Special friendship was formed with Kantarao,. Wasekar, Shri. Paliwal, Shri. Mohan Shiras. Mr. Premanand Jakkulwar from the village is still remembered today.
Even though the people of Aheri area are tribal, uneducated, ignorant, Sanjay got the experience of being very loving. What is special is that Sanjay's relationship with those people forty years ago is still alive today. Mr. Kishore Joshi and Mr. Dilip Joshi have a permanent bond with the children of the landlord. Sanjay had a close relationship with the landlords and their families. Sanjay used to help the poor people, common people and laborers in the village bank. The bond of friendship with them was strong. From time to time weddings, various family events, Sanjay's relationship with them has survived.
Basically, people in Vidarbha eat a lot of spicy food. In all this, Sanjay remembers, that Gedam Vahini! The whole village called her Vahini. Running that restaurant in the village. Her husband was addicted to alcohol. All the members of the family worked together to help her with the chores. Sanjay used to suffer from chili powder. So after Gedam Vahini had finished all the meals, the cooking prepared for the house was growing with love. Sanjay, who has been familiar with his mother's food for many years, was looking for his mother's love and affection in Gedam Vahini's home cooking. Since her husband was addicted and Gedam Vahini was ignorant, she did not understand much about banking. She was trying to figure out how to stay safe in the bank by giving the money to Sanjay after deducting the expenses in the restaurant. She used to feed Sanjay for only two rupees. Sanjay's share was due to his mother's love for Gedam Vahini. Even today, Sanjay's throat is choked with memories of Gedam Vahini. She had gone to Nagpur for Sanjay's wedding in 1986 even when India was closed. Maybe Gedam Vahini and Sanjay have some ancestral relationship. In an unfamiliar place like Aheri, Gedam stands behind Sanjay as Vahini.
Sanjay started doing bank job with sincerity and sincerity. He got acquainted with the locals in the village. Love, respect, trust, sympathy continued to be exchanged. Once, a banker named Mr. Shankar Nanaji Bezalwar came to the bank to pay for the liquor shop.
A bundle was filled with chillers. There were one rupee, two rupee, 50 paise coins. Sanjay was not to be released till the bank's rules were settled. She kept counting the chillers until late at night. After counting the chillers, it was noticed that the lender had paid an extra Rs 2,000. Sanjay immediately called the lender from the bank's landline phone and informed him about the excess payment. The moneylender said to him, "If there is too much, stay, sir!" But Sanjay Moha did not fall victim. He returned the money to the lender. The moneylender was a big Assamese from Aheri village. He had to go to Nagpur from time to time for business reasons. He used to have an expensive Fiat car at that time. Due to Sanjay's honesty, the moneylender stood firmly behind him. Every year the moneylenders would bring the sesame seeds ripened in their fields for Sanjay without missing a beat. This was the biggest gift Sanjay got in his life so far. He got it because he did not fall prey to greed!
Even after getting a job, Sanjay spent his days frugally. Being alone at home after finishing work at the bank, they get a lot of time. During this time Mr. Sanjay started taking chemistry tuitions for 11th and 12th class students. Due to his method of explaining, the children of the village insisted on teaching to Mr. Sanjay. From 1984 to 1988, he held a tuition job. About fifteen to twenty children used to come to his teaching class. In the first Ganpati Utsav after his job, he donated a Ganpati idol to the Ganpati Mandal in Tatya Tope Nagar area of Nagpur. During Ganeshotsav, various art merit programs were held through Ganpati Mandal. On that occasion, Sanjay sang the song "Wo Sham Kuch Ajib Thi" sung by Kishore Kumar from the film. In college life, he had occasionally sung at annual gatherings. But this song from the movie Khamoshi changed his life! A beautiful young lady in the audience sang Sanjay's song !! And further .... whatever happened happened !!!
She is the daughter of Mr. Manohar and Mrs. Sumati Deshkar, who live in Tatya Tope Nagar area of Nagpur. Ess. Was a merit holder. The financial condition of the parents is good. The subject of Vaijayanti's marriage came up in the house. She gave first priority to marriage with Mr. Sanjay. As per the girl's wish, Mr. Deshkar asked Sanjay's uncle. Why shouldn't your son get such a place? Sanjay's father agreed to the visit. The girl's father asked the boy's father, "What are the expectations from us?" So asked. The boy's father expected only coconuts and a daughter. On February 26, 1986, Ch. Sanjay and Ch. Hundred Com. Vajyanti got stuck in marriage. For some reason, India was closed that day.
In the year of marriage, Mrs. Vaijayanti M. SC (Statistics) was in the final. The newlyweds moved into a rented room in Aheri. Meanwhile, Mrs. Vaijayanthi's M.Sc. On completion, he completed his M.A. in Nagpur. Phil. Admitted for. Within a year, on December 5, 1986, Sriranga was bred. Sanjay, who came to know the family after matriculation, had started a family. The world started with everything in mind and joy.
Sanjay's elder brother was working as a professor at Gokhale Education Society's Nashik Road College in Nashik. About June 1987, Sanjay's father's letter came to Aheri. You should leave Nashik immediately. There was a family problem with the brother who was a professor in college. The brother got married due to a love affair. Vahini was the darling daughter of a rich family in Nashik. Gadganj wealth, servants, being in the house, he did not have much to do household chores. In such a situation, Shri. Sanjay and Sou. Vajyanti came to Nashik. Sanjay left his wife in Nashik to take care of the house on the orders of his father. Mr. Sanjay and his family broke up again. But Mr. Sanjay gave up for his parents and his brother-in-law. Made sense of his own mind. Bachelor life began at work again. Outdoor dining and non-meal meals started.
After many months, Mr. Sanjay started remembering his family. He wanted to bring his wife and child to work. Mr. Samudralwar Guruji, a retired pensioner, had come to the bank for some work. His business was to see astrology. Everyone else was asking them about their future. Mr. Sanjay also had a heartfelt wish. He showed his magazine to Guruji. Guruji said your planet says that you can't live with your wife and children for at least another ten years! Mr. Sanjay could not believe it. However, the story told by the astrologer created an ideological commotion in their minds. He came to Nashik early. Without asking much of the family, he took his family to Aheri. He was happy that he had misjudged the astrological predictions. But destiny did not approve of it ... Within a week, a telegram from big brother came from Nashik. There is a vacancy for a professor in Gokhale Education Society. Your wife can easily get a job. Sent such a message. Even if there is no desire, the family will have to contribute financially. In college, he got a job on an unsubsidized team. The salary was not much. But I was happy that there was something to be gained from learning.
Taking Sriranga, Mrs. Vaijayanti started living in Nashik again as a family. He had to do all kinds of family responsibilities and work. A few days later he was transferred to Ozark Township. I had to travel fifty kilometers every day from home.
A branch of Bank of Maharashtra was started in June 1988 at Wadner Khakurdi in Malegaon taluka. No one was willing to go to the new branch and the rural areas voluntarily. But Mr. Sanjay took this opportunity to volunteer to come to Wadner Khakurdi. Management replaced them. He was happy to be able to stay with his family at least once a week. On Saturdays and Sundays, he started living in Nashik with his family.
While working at Wadner Khakurdi, Balu Arjun Desale, a peon of the bank, used to bring the lunch box in the morning. It was not his intention to make money. Originally, Sanjay lived alone, so he sympathetically provided them with a lunch box. Of course, Sanjay was also paying for it. He used to give Puranpolya, mango juice for only two rupees. He did not charge extra. His wife was actually Annapurna. Like family members, he met Shri. Treated Sanjay. Honored. The sweetness of their bread is still on the tongue today!
Gaurang's second child was born on September 22, 1991. This time the couple thought they would have a daughter, not a heartfelt wish. But, "Come, Devaji's mana, no one will go there!"
After the birth of her second child, Mrs. Vaijayanti started suffering from rheumatism. She is still with her. The family showed inability to take care of the children even while living in the family together. What to do They did not understand this. Both the job and the kids were equally important. The search for the cradle began.
Mr. Shashikant Ranade, who lost his job due to layoffs in the company, was running the crche. The Joshi family came in contact with him. Gaurang must have been two and a half months old. It gave him a lot of life. He gave the love of his parents. Since both mother and father are working, especially Gaurangala, their companionship did not get much benefit. In addition, the mother came home and treated all the guests in the family. So they could not give time to the children. So that's what Chi. Gaurang's temperament became a bit lonely later on.
Together, the family seemed to be in turmoil. The distance between the body and the mind increased. At that time, Mr. Joshi decided to take out a loan and buy a separate house. In 1993, he took a separate house. He got close neighbors like Thombre and Prabha Deshmukh, who seemed closer than his relatives! His financial condition was very poor. Both of them were out all day for work. Prabha Deshmukh accepted the responsibility of taking care of the children without expecting anything in return. Maya's love made the children eat and drink. Neighbors rather than blood relatives helped Joshi's family in difficult times. Prabha Deshmukh never let it be known that she did favors. It is a real blessing to have such a neighbor!
After entering the new Vastu, Vastushant worshiped. Due to the foundation of architecture and the grace of God, Mrs. Vaijayanti got a job as a full time professor in RYK College. As a result, the salary increased and the house was helped. Another happy thing happened. The Board of Management of the Bank of Maharashtra transferred Mr. Sanjay to the City Branch in front of Parashuram Saykhedkar Natyagriha on a one year deputation. Therefore, Mr. Sanjay, who has been separated from home many times, was happy to be able to live with his wife and children. Mr. Sanjay made a name for himself with his honest and neat work ethic. But this did not last long. Enemies were created in the bank. Transferred from main branch to Ambad branch. Had a very good relationship with the manager. However, due to the expiration of the period of deputation, at the end of 1996, he had to relocate to Wadner Khakurdi.
This time, however, I was not happy there. Still, I worked for a year and a half. Requesting an application, stating the cause of the wife's illness, reminding her of the need for childcare, was of no use. Eventually he started taking leave for various reasons. It was during this time that diabetes made its home in his body. Diabetes has been linked to a lifetime of eating disorders, overeating, overeating, and stress.
On April 7, 1996, Mr. Sanjay's brother-in-law Mr. Shashikant Madhukar Pathak alias Anna met him. What do you do? How many days will you go up and down? You quit your job .I say, are you ready to work? He made such a proposal in front of Sanjay. He said yes. At that time in Nashik, Mr. Prabhakar Shivram Joglekar alias Mama Joglekar was very popular as an estate agent. "Uncle Sakhya tied the knot with another uncle!" The acquaintance got the job. I used to get ten rupees per day for work. Gradually the work began to progress. Seeing the skill of the work, Mama Joglekar was happy with Mr. Sanjay. In six months the salary was increased to three thousand rupees. As a result, a lot of money was being spent. I didn't want to go to the bank anymore. Since he had taken a housing loan from a bank, he could not resign immediately. The bank finally forced him to resign on February 5, 2000. Mama Joglekar's firm had a good tuning. Once, the uncle gave the khaki bag in his hand to Mr. Sanjay and asked him to pay. It paid up to Rs 2.5 lakh. Asked to divide that amount into four parts. One part Mr. Putting it in the hands of Sanjay, you have become a partner in my business from today! Seeing that you got the amount of sixty five thousand at a time, Mr. Sanjay was overjoyed. Money in hand began to play. The children's education begins. Mr. Sanjay started investing in real and movable property with the money he got.
After a period of a few days, the uncle suggested doing independent business. And Shri. Sanjay left Mama Joglekar's firm. The business, however, often experienced ups and downs. Definitely not getting such income food.
In the month of January 2001, Prof. Dilip Phadke met through his elder brother. Then Prof. Phadke Sir was working as a trustee in the C.H.M. E.S. organization. He called Mr. Sanjay at home and asked him if he would work there. Sanjay said yes. Considering his experience in the bank, he appointed Sanjay as the office superintendent for the non-granted department of the organization. He Worked under the guidance of Dilip Phadke. Created his own identity while working in the usual style. He earned the trust of the office bearers by putting his skills to the test. Pleased with Sanjay's work, Prof. Dilip Phadke said that he would have to go to Parashuram Nagari Patsanstha to look after the accounts and got a part time job. Another source of income is Received through Phadke sir. Due to Mr. Sanjay, Prof. Phadke noticed many shortcomings in the administration . At such a time, Sanjay's foresight, meticulous observation, attitude, Phadke Sir came to his notice. Sanjay became known for both his perseverance and dexterity. Prof. Phadke Sir instructed him to work full time in Parashuram Patsanstha. At the same time, Mr. and Mrs. Sanjay Joshi built their own beautiful house in Khutwad Nagar area.
Due to his usual nature, Sanjay showed inability to do this work out of respect for Phadke Saran. Eventually, due to misunderstanding, Sanjay resigned from the post of Office Superintendent of CHMES.
In the meantime a friend from the colony, Shri. Jayant Vasant Chopde. He started his own IT company in Nagpur. Do you come to my company in Nagpur ? He asked.
Sanjay tried. But, for some reason, he was getting away from the family again and again. This time too, he chose to leave his family for Nashik and move to Nagpur. This time, however, his wife took a two-year unpaid leave and went to Nagpur with Mr. Sanjay. At the age of 45, he returned to Nagpur for a new job.
Meanwhile, in 2003, Shri. Sanjay went on a trip to Tirupati Balaji, Hyderabad. While walking in the garden, the little boy Gaurang suffered from romatic fever. The whole limb stiffened. One in a thousand people get the disease. The Joshi couple was shocked to see the sudden distress of the child. In 2002, while the eldest son, Shrirang, was sitting for his matriculation examination, he suddenly started vomiting blood on the day of English paper. Many calamities had befallen Mr. Sanjay till today. But due to this incident in the case of both the children, Mr. Sanjay was relieved and decided to go to Nagpur in the company of a friend. Served as Administrative Officer for a period of five years from 2005 to 2010. The company in the partnership went downhill for some reason and the company closed down and Sanjay became unemployed again!
In 2010, there was a chemical factory called Anocon at Butibori, 30 km from Nagpur. He got a job there. He quit this job till 2012.
Finally,he decided to leave Nagpur and return to Nashik. It was decided to start a job from school life till the age of fifty. After coming to Nashik, he did not work anywhere for the next three years. Mrs. Joshi, working in college. Mr. Joshi taking care of all other responsibilities of the family. Often close relatives or some friends started naming them. But they did not respect him. Mr. Sanjay Joshi does not allow anyone to win in the war of words! Extremely funny !! In such a case, the mouths of the critics were closed with verbal remarks. There is a saying in English, "Behind every successful man there is a woman" Joshi Sir used to change the sentence and throw it at the critics. He did the work. Therefore, Mrs. Joshi did not have to pay much attention to housework. They have never been able to stay in one place in life. Every place had to start anew with constant struggle. It is said that adversity befalls only those who have the ability. But, Mr. Joshi's life is the culmination of adversity and struggle.
Once again in the month of January 2015, Prof. Dilip Phadke's phone rang. "Sanjay, what are you doing now?" He called on Mr. Sanjay to help the Rice Festival. The calculation of the rice festival was done accurately. On his way, Prof. Phadke placed a wallet of Rs. 5,000 in his hand.
After a period of seven-eight months, in August 2015, Prof. Phadke bid farewell to Shri. Sanjay was called home and said," I am currently appointing you as an Account Consultant in Nashik Education Society. I am sure that he will do a good job as usual." With such a compliment, he asked to start the work. Following the orders of Professor Phadke, Mr. Joshi joined the Nashik Education Society on 10th August 2015 and continue till 30th June 2020.
While working as an Account Consultant, he managed all the accounts of the organization under the guidance of Professor Phadke Sir. Accounting checks looked at all types of financial transactions perfectly. On the occasion, he angered many. Still, the work was not wasted. He worked with great discipline and neatness. Because of the way they behaved and spoke, many found their words difficult. It was noticed that they would not accept the account unless it was corrected. It was too late for many to realize that this was not their intention to harass people but to bring order to the business. Mr. Joshi Sir often exaggerates to talk about the error. But he did not want to hurt the people. Gradually, after realizing his nature and this, many employees started befriending him. One does not know its grandeur unless one goes near the mountain, just like Mr. Joshi had a personality.
As time went on from work, Joshi would discuss various topics with everyone in office. Inquiring affectionately. Helping with adversity. No one could defeat them in an ideological debate. It was too late for the office workers to reconcile their debts. " I say, that's true." He never said that. What to do Suggesting it. But, he did not insist that it should be done. Last year, all the staff in the office contributed together to celebrate Joshi Sir's birthday. At that time, the eyes of Mr. Sanjay Joshi were filled with tears. He was not proud of his own financial situation. They lived very simply but neatly. Mr. Sanjay Joshi and Shailesh Patole became famous as twins. They used to go to the auditor or various works in the schools in the institute. Phadke sir always tells us, "Why do you come together? Get in the habit of going alone." Saying that. Three and a half years with Mr. Joshi Sir was the golden age of my professional career!
I always told him not to scold people ,His response was, "I am not hired by the organization to keep the minds of the people. I am responsible for the organization's accounts." I always had to retreat in front of them. However, there was no sense of humiliation in withdrawing from Mr. Joshi. His heart is pure. He carried out all the responsibilities of financial transactions perfectly. Once in his and my friendship, the enemies threw a rock of salt. He reminded me of the mistake he had made by calling me behind the stage at an event to mark the organization's anniversary. Apologizing to himself, he admitted that misunderstandings had spread. It is greatness of Mr. Joshi Sir. Mr. Joshi Sir and I have established a close family relationship. In fact, the credit for this has to be given to Prof. Dilip Phadke Sir. because of him that Mr. Joshi Sir and I became acquainted! Their knowledge and experience benefited me immensely. For that, I will always be in their debt.
Shrirang, the eldest son of Mr. Joshi Sir, has been very smart and understanding since childhood! Mother's influence on him. He got admission on merit in all places by getting good marks. Passed, B.E. in Electronics from Somaiya College. He earned a bachelor's degree and got a great job at Accenture in 2009 during a campus interview. While pursuing his career, he obtained his M.Tech degree from Modern College, Pune.
Gaurang, however, went to his father's turn! He will do whatever he wants! But, basically smart and understanding too !! Not talking to others easily. He did not have much interest in studies since childhood. He wanted to be a chartered accountant. Like friends, he wanted to get admission in Commerce. But after the persuasion of his mother and the insistence of his uncle, he entered the 12th branch of science and completed his engineering. He later obtained his MTech degree in Computer Science from Chennai. Both children are grateful for their parents. Srirang is married and Sunbai, like her mother-in-law, is working and managing the house.
As per the order of Shriguru, Chi. Hershal Chaudharkar used to live with Joshi family in Nashik for job reasons. He became Gurubandhu. He used to take care of Mrs. Joshi like a child and Mrs. Joshi did not let him miss his mother. It was as if Harshal was their third child. Even today, those bonds remain intact.
Mr. Sanjay had to spend most of his tenure in Nagpur. Since his father-in-law is from Nagpur, his mother-in-law and father-in-law supported him. They were very loving. They always kept the honor of Sanjay.
Sanjay has a lot of respect for his wife. On the day of Gurupournima at the request of his wife in 1998, he took the grace of Hon.Shri Manohar Nath Maharaj. The couple has great faith in Shri Manohar Nath Maharaj of Anjangaon Surji in Amravati district. Initially, he went to Gurugriha due to his wife. However, after going there, he changed his mind and his faith in Guru became stronger. Even today, Mr. Joshi regularly goes to the nearest center every Thursday for prayers. Sickness makes it impossible for his wife to go to prayer all the time. At present, at Anjangaon Surji, Hon.Shri Jitendranath Maharaj is the Chairperson. With his grace, everything went well, a feeling that soothes the Joshi family.
Mrs. Vajrayanti is hugely tolerant and intelligent. The education she received continued to support the Joshi family. He accepted the highest responsibility of the family. Family humiliation was easily digested. She did as much as she could for the family. She kept quietly burning like a lamp. Mr. Sanjay's feet were constantly whirling. But Mrs. Vaijayanthi brought stability to the family. She became the financial, emotional support of the family. Gave children a good education and culture. That is why the progress of children is visible today.
As a studious and student-friendly professor, she has a reputation in college. She has selected friends in college. They have a loving relationship with her.
She is an ideal mother for children.
Mr. Sanjay has more friendly relationship with their children. He can communicate freely with children. He has made the children self-reliant. He taught the children practical knowledge along with book knowledge. Taught the way of the world.
Today, the financial position of Mr. and Mrs. Sanjay Joshi's family is strong due to their struggle. They wanted a girl, this is their wish, they have fulfilled it in a different way. The Joshi couple paid for the entire education of a girl from a poor family who worked with them from 2005 till graduation. Even today, they provide school fees for two girls in the same school. Helps the poor while celebrating birthdays. He recently built a shelter for cows in a temple.
At this moment in his life, Mr. and Mrs. Joshi is very satisfied. The son and daughter-in-law are in good condition. The wife accompanied him throughout his life. Mr. Sanjay is grateful to Vaijayanti.
Prof. Dilip Phadke came to the rescue in every difficult situation of life. From Sanjay's point of view, he is a God. who helped Sanjay to stand up for life. Sanjay also took his word for it.
While working in Nashik Education Society, the president of the society Prof. Suryakant Rahalkar Sir also appreciated the merits of Mr. Sanjay. Sanjay considers him a leader with excellent leadership qualities.
Since August 2015, Shri. Sanjay Joshi and I met. In about eight days we got to know each other. I was zero in on their experience and knowledge. The responsibility of the organization was given to me by the office bearers. But I only had the knowledge to sit on a chair. Mr. Sanjay Joshi recognized this. Sincerely, without reserving anything, Mr. Joshi introduced me to financial matters. Explained in detail the meaning of the words literally used in financial transactions. I used to take class to school and teach the children. Later when Mr. Joshi came to the office, he used to teach me. I also used to explain many things to them. What is a balance sheet? How to read it? How to report deposits and expenses? Mr. Joshi taught me about different types of bank accounts, fixed deposits, deposits, filing, dealing, budgeting, credit debit. How to check the accounts? Explained how to write. Explained the gaps in voucher checking, approval, checking, etc. He pointed out the subtleties of audit. Explained the difference between Kird-Khatavani. Briefly, on my blank board, Mr. Joshi Sir wrote the words related to "meaning". In a short time, Shri. Sanjay Joshi and I developed a teacher-disciple relationship. He became friend and guide.Three Annas are of special importance in the life of Mr. Sanjay. His maternal uncle, Shri. Shashikant Madhukar Pathak alias Anna, who encouraged and guided him to quit his job and start a business. The other Anna is Mr. Sanjay's uncle, Mr. Govind Gangadhar Joshi, who supported him after matriculation. The third Anna is, Shri. Sanjay's father-in-law, Shri. Manohar Dattatraya Deshkar, who created light in Sanjay's life by donating Kanya. These three Annas in Sanjay's life are actually Dutt-Trimurti!
This coming November, Mr. Sanjay Joshi is making his debut in the 61st year. Struggling all his life, without bowing down to anyone, with self-respect, honesty, doing exactly what he gets, his life journey continues even today. He did not tread on anyone's tail .Always stay away from greed. Mr. Joshi has proved that a job can be done with self-respect.
Like abhanga of Saint Chokhamela, Joshi Sir had a pure heart.
May God give them longevity and health.
